CertChase is a done-for-you certificate of insurance tracking service for small and mid-sized general contractors and property managers. We exist because the paperwork is simple but relentless, and most teams lose track of it between renewals.
Why done-for-you?
Most COI tools are software. They are useful, but the chasing, reading and follow-up still land on your office manager. For a contractor with 15 to 80 active subs, that work is the product we sell, not the software.
How we work
- We state what we can prove. A certificate shows what the form says, not what the policy does. We say so.
- We keep your rules, not ours. Requirements come from your contract.
- We do not give insurance or legal advice. We flag gaps and send you to your broker or counsel for coverage decisions.
- We only build pages and serve markets where we can be useful. That is why our location pages exist for specific places, not every city.
