How we handle your certificates and vendor data
We collect certificates of insurance and vendor contact details only to track coverage for you. Access is limited to people who work your account, data is encrypted in transit, and you can ask for your data to be exported or deleted. Confirm the technical specifics below with us before onboarding.
What data do we hold?
- Subcontractor names, trades and contact details you provide.
- Certificates of insurance and related endorsement pages.
- Your insurance requirements and project descriptions.
We do not need bank details, social security numbers or claims files, and we ask you not to send them.
Who can see it?
Only staff working your account. We do not sell data and do not share certificates with anyone other than you and the vendor concerned.
Retention and deletion
You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time through our contact form.
