COI tracking pricing: free up to 12 subs, then $2 per sub
Up to 12 active subcontractors is free. From 13 to 100 subs it’s $2 per sub a month, and the bill never goes above $175. From 101 to 250 subs it’s a flat $250 a month. What’s in each plan?
The free plan is real tracking, with less hand-holding. Paid plans add the chasing, which is where the time goes. Both paid options include everything listed on the right.

- Policy end dates tracked, with reminder emails to your subs before expiry
- A monthly list of what’s expiring, expired or missing
- A check of the front of each certificate (dates, limits, holder name)

- A weekly exception report, every Monday
- We chase late subs and their agents by email and phone
- Endorsement pages requested, and flagged when they don’t match your requirements
- Wrong certificates sent back for correction
- A timestamped log of every check and every attempt
What’s not included
We don’t sell insurance, set your requirements, interpret contracts or advise on coverage. Those stay with you, your broker and your attorney. If a sub can’t get compliant, you decide what happens next.

Send us the list and we’ll quote it. Bigger lists often need custom requirements, several projects or reporting by job.
How does this compare with software or a spreadsheet?

Frequently asked questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Up to 12 active subs is free, with certificate collection, expiry tracking and a monthly report. Paid plans add weekly reports, phone and email chasing, and endorsement checks.
How does the $2 per sub pricing work?
From 13 to 100 active subs, you pay $2 for each sub, each month. The monthly total never goes above $175, so from 88 subs up to 100 you pay the same $175. For example, 40 subs is $80 a month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included in the monthly price.
What counts as an active sub?
A subcontractor you’re working with right now, or whose certificate you need to keep current. Finished and inactive subs don’t count.
What if my number of subs changes?
Your price follows your active sub count. It goes up as you add subs, and down when you drop them.
What happens above 250 subs?
